Children (7):
Notes for Philip ANTROBUS Jnr Built Lowerhouse mill, Bollington (1819); he and his father built several mills in the town as well as houses including Mount, Turner Heath House, and Rookery. Date of death disputed, 11th December 1829 or 4th October 1830. The former is most likely - his Will was proved at Chester on 20th March 1830. [Webmaster]
Philip ANTROBUS died leaving a young family with an inadequate Will. They required a private Act of Parliament to enable his executors to rent out Lowerhouse mill in order to provide an income for his family. They subsequently rented it out to Samuel Greg Jnr. [Webmaster]
