The Conservative Club used to be in Adlington Road. Having sold that premises for commercial use, the club acquired the old Turner&#8217;s Arms and converted it into club premises under the name of the New Con Club. In November 2016 the building was re-furbished and re-named The Turners &#8211; the name that everyone has referred to it by for as long as I can remember!<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a Members club but guests are always welcomed.
