Lowerhouse has many important buildings from the Antrobus and Greg era &#8211; early to mid 19thC. In 2017, as a part of the work preparing the <a href=\"https:\/\/happyvalley.org.uk\/?page_id=1321\">Neighbourhood Plan<\/a>, proposals were developed to include most of <a href=\"https:\/\/happyvalley.org.uk\/?page_id=1366\">Lowerhouse<\/a> in the existent <a href=\"https:\/\/happyvalley.org.uk\/?page_id=1364\">Bollington Cross<\/a> CA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Listed buildings Bollington and Kerridge have four Conservation Areas (CA) between them.
