BollingtonFrom Wellington Road / Henshall Road, turn up Grimshaw Lane opposite the Tesco store, turn right into Clough Bank. Look for the large brick warehouse on the left, the entrance is on the far end. The roastery and café at Clough Bank is located between the Macclesfield Canal and the Middlewood Way. From the canal, pedestrian access can be from bridge 28 at Kerridge, up the steps and down through Tinkers Clough, onto Clough Bank and down 100m on the right. Alternatively, at the north end of Adelphi mill, down the steps to the street, 50m down Grimshaw Lane, and left into Clough Bank, then 100m up on the left. From the Middlewood Way, when approaching from Macclesfield, up the zig-zag ramps and along the path 100m and turn right at the first exit, follow the roadway around the building on the left onto Clough Bank, then down 100m on the right. When approaching from the north, cross Grimshaw Lane into Clough Bank, then 100m up on the left. |
