Notes for Edmund Lomas OLIVER Entered the firm of Thomas Oliver & Sons Ltd. in 1882.
Following his father's death in 1897, he became chairman of Thomas Oliver
& Sons. On
3 January 1899 it was incorporated in the Fine Spinners & Doublers
Association Ltd. and of this company he became a Director, a position he
held until his death in 1953. [21]
