Notes for Arthur TINSLEY On 11 April 1913, aged about 23, he emigrated, sailed from Liverpool to Halifax, Nova Scotia on RMS Virginian, to Canada together with other Bollingtonians. Although a Canadian by the time of his death, Arthur is remembered on the memorials at Bollington, Kerridge, and St Oswald's, as well as his parents' grave at St John's. [73],[122]
