Woodlea Drive was developed in the 1990s opposite Lowerhouse Mill. A small number of stone finished houses along one side of the brick paved road facing allotments in the ground opposite. A further development is under construction (2017) in the field behind the houses. The extension of Albert Road leads to the Bollington waste recycling centre approx ¼ mile away (see map below).
